Finally, my heart is demanding to travel to a big city.
I hated big cities. Whenever people asking me my opinion on cities, I always answer without hesitation: I like small cities.
But it's the fear of unknown preventing me from approaching big city, modern urban society. I've always had this picture of citizens in grand metropolis, that every step in the busy street is dangerous, every stranger's warm greeting is merely a temptation of devil, who wants to take advantage of you, an innocent man from small town, knows little about the world.
Now it shall change, a small town doesn't hold grand dreams. A small town doesn't allow inspiration. A small town is a nice and easy place to stay, people are easy to get along with, but that's about that, life is plain without the up and downs and adventures.
----------------------------
Inspiration is bigger than motivation, motivation is bigger than education.
Inspiration brings you joy, grants you power and energy to do it, motivation drives you forward but you may or may not like it, education is rarely efficient, if we could just substitute the word "education" with "inspiration" at national education bureau, no more worry about your kids' future.

What Video Gets Views Fast On YouTube?
It's been a while since I wrote last piece. Recently I just purchased VideoStudio and got my hands full with making videos.
My original plan: one vlog per day. It didn't work out as I planned, one single day just doesn't contain enough material and interesting enough stories to make a vlog. So I think maybe I put two or three days' content together in one vlog, so that it can be more condensed and intensive, lest it gets boring.
The basic format: some view shooting, more talking to the camera, recording my day activities, discovering interesting stuff on Venice street and canal, and some more time lapse.
But, since I got VideoStudio, I found that it has the function of recording the screen. I can make gaming video at last! I started making Tennis Elbow 2013 series and some of this, some of that, even started making Minecraft video, in which I challenge myself speaking only German and Italian. That was fun.
Making gaming video doesn't take much time, just play, record, cut into highlight if necessary, then publish, yet it gains views so much faster than the vlogs I made, which I spent hours and hours a day in making.(easily 6 hours a day)
That pay off comparison also discourages me doing vlog, but I'm damn sure that I'm gonna stick to it because I enjoy making vlogs, I enjoy making real life videos, it's the best way to refine my filming and editing skills, it's also very challenging to my intelligence because if one does basically the same thing over and over again everyday, he must come up with something new to put in camera so that the content doesn't seem repetitive and boring, that's one of the biggest challenge of vloggers, how to make a vlog, an ordinary day exciting and genuinely appealing?

Just to ramble about the relation between gaming and vlogging, the fact is, many gamer worked very hard for a few years, earned their place on YouTube and then started a vlog channel, to better engage with fans, that is a "must" path for gamers who wants to grow even bigger, you have to expose your personality to make people like you.
While the other way around, doing Minecraft can be my chance of breaking through, that's one of the game where I can shall some my personality while playing.

Just Keep Uploading
When Casey Neistat just started his YouTube channel there was a guy gave him one piece of advice that led to his 3 million subscriber number today(May 2016).
That three words are: Just keep uploading. here's the video of Casey's explaining the story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_a2GpAq8q8g
My YouTube Partnership and Adsense Were Suspended, But I'm Glad It Happened
About a year ago my newly opened Adsense account was suddenly suspended after only a brief one month's operation. It wasn't very much of a surprise because I was damn clear about what I did. Now I'll tell you my story and hope you can learn something from my fall. Yes, it's not much of an honorable thing, it's definitely leaving a stain on my reputation that I usually wouldn't want people to know about, but now it's been over a year and I'm actually feeling grateful it happened. So, here's the story.
Over a year ago I got really into the whole YouTube thing, watching YouTube shows become my daily necessity ever since, and the idea of making money off YouTube videos for the first time came across my mind, I decided to give it a try.

9 Things To Do When Learning A Foreign Language
Learning a new language sometimes can be a little frustrating, very often people get lost and confused about what to do to improve their language skills. Here are 9 things you should do to help yourself conquer the new language, you don't necessarily have to do all of them, but keep in mind that the richer your combination of learning tactics is the better.1.Have a proper motivation. Sure you can learn a language without motivation, such as in school, but that only serves as something that's bothering you in life if you are not enjoying it or determined to take it. Find a good motivation, why am I drawn to that language, am I going to use it one day? Am I going to travel or even move to that country? No matter it's driven by a dream of yours, an inspiration from a friend, a necessity of survival, as long as you have strong will, the rest will come much more quickly to you.

Wakelet: A New Social Media Wave - Wake It Up
Do you ever get tired of big news agency's repetitive articles on the same issue over and over again? Do you find it hard to concentrate on what you were interested in at the beginning, just before you got lost in almost endless information flow?
Now here's a brand new social platform to help you stay focused: Wakelet.
"Save links to articles, images, videos, tweets and other great content to curate stunning, shareable collections called Wakes", this is the description about what Wakelet is for, and there's no simpler way to explain it than that. In a sense it's doing the same thing as Reddit, differences are: the web appearance and the user interface are much more elegant and have more modern-ish feeling, because it's a reading based platform, it provides very comfortable environment for you to search and read and collect your favorite items, on the down side it doesn't support much of interaction between users, which composes the second difference with Reddit. There's no comment or private message, you can at most leave a like on people's collection, or "save the item" you found.

Regret And Vision On The Path To The Future
When I went to Germany for one year’s exchange study I didn’t completely apply myself in study and socializing, not at all immersed in the culture, instead I was floating on the surface, and I was having so much fun floating there, believing that I was absorbing everything without effort. No, you can’t take the easy path to float around and enjoy your days, you gotta dive into the waves, maybe get choked by the water a little bit, get yourself exhausted by fighting for a way out, that’s fully immersed experience. That’s why tourists are forever only tourists, they don’t do the same work or live the same lives as locals, then they remain tourists. I ended up just a tourist in Germany, a one year long way too time-extensive tourist. That was one thing that I regret a lot.
But things always have two sides, there are things happened in Germany that I don’t regret, such as started reading books in German and English, wrote a long narrative poem, got to know a few awesome friends.

Inspired By You
12:44 a.m
Still pretty energetic, not just because of the beer, I just finished law exam, for now my hands are free to tackle the most important problems and chase my dreams.
First talk about problems I have. Actually it's just one word: money. I'm running out of money. Cash plus saving in bank there's just less than 180 Euro left, I have only 26-27 days left before next month's rent dues. I have this 20 some days to make at least 120 Euro so that I won't end up on street again.
A few days ago I've already made this plan in my mind: as soon as I finish law exam, go out there to get a job again, no matter what job. Now it's time to honor my own words.

Practical Tips On Online Content Promoting For Beginners (YouTuber, Blogger)
No matter what content you are creating, blog or YouTube videos, especially as a starter you always face a problem: where to get audience, how do I attract more traffic? Putting materialism motivation(monetizing your content) aside, when you create something and put on the Internet, it's naturally to think "the more views the better", because they are meant to be shared and watched and read, so the essential question all comes down to "how to get more attention".
Here I want to talk about why sharing your content across different platforms is important to grow your audience base and eventually how to efficient reach wider audience. As a starter a very often mistake we make is that we create a bunch of stuff and just let them sit there and naively believe "if this is a good enough content, people will find it", fact is, people will never find your stuff unless you share them.

Another Update: Vlogging Blogging Obsession May 14 2016
I've talked about my blogging obsession in previous articles already, in a word it's kind of getting obsessed with the figures as if the number of visits could really measure my success, but most importantly it's the fact that I own a corner on the internet that belongs to just me that makes me feel good, that's why I'm willing to invest almost excessively large amount of time and effort to run my blog(across so many platforms).

Why So Serious? Vlog in Venice Coming - Diversification Of My Writing Style
Last night I was thinking, damn I should go shoot some more videos lest waste the awesome view of Venice, totally inspired by Casey Neistat, I want da flow and rhythm as in his video, wish I were in NYC not Venice. I'm pretty much fed up with the view of Venice, yeah, every year millions of people come to see the beautiful wonderful one and only the city of water: Venice, but to me it's growing uglier and uglier, let alone some of my horrible encounters I experienced here. But to be fair, I didn't give Venice a better chance to charm me, after all I stay home quite a lot and never walk too far from the area where I live, never, cuz daddy hates walking, especially hates bridges. So I decided to walk around a little bit more and just maybe we discover some nice view and make into my vlog, right? 2am in the morning or so I decided, then went to sleep... but wait, Uncharted 4 gameplay part 5 by pewdiepie is out! Thought he went to Portugal and won't upload video tonight, so I clicked in and watched ...47 mins down, sleep. 5 in the morning, woke up, damn, I have to go out to shoot video! No... maybe we sleep in, go another time, Venice doesn't have legs to run away... No! I must! I got up, put on clothes grabbed cameras and went out. Friday, May 13, 2016

As Long As You Are On The Journey
Last night was another night that I stayed up late till half way to the dawn. I kept reckoning, there are so many things I needed to do, I wanted to do, from learning Italian, to find a job or internship, to read news and blogs, to write my own blogs and manage my website and pages, and I have a part time job at Busforfun.com that demands one hour a day from my time, sounds not much but you need to take the time to sit down and focus on a total different world since I'm doing marketing in Chinese for them. And at the beginning of the year I made the plan of reading 50 books, first 3 months I was right on track, for a few weeks I was even ahead of my schedule, but right now I'm five books behind schedule according to goodreads.com. Well there are always so many things to catch up, to chase after in life.

Stereotype Needs To Be Broken In Today's World
Once I was hanging out with some croatian friends, one of them asked me, "what is the stereotype of croatian people held by you (Chinese) people?" I couldn't answer, and it felt as if she was offended by my ignorance of her country. Well first of all I am not so knowledgeable about global geography, there's really not much I could tell about Croatia beside it's approximate location. Second, it's not that every nation has made a name for themselves for their stereotype. There are a few nations carrying the fame(or notoriety) for whatever their people are been collectively believed to be like, the U.S, Germany, China, Japan, Russian, the UK, France, Spain etc are obviously some of the biggest target of stereotype-making due to their enormous influence, interest and impact cast on global community both historically and contemporarily on our planet. That doesn't mean a country without much well-known stereotype doesn't make a good country, right? But anyways why would you want a stereotype?
What Do We Need From Social Media - The Long Chain Of Social Media Attachment
It's 4:31 in the morning, still working on my computer.
I've become obsessed with Blog recently, every night I spend hours adjusting the layout, template, color, links, gadgets... You might have the same feeling as well, when you are managing a social media account, the figures in stats just itch you so much so that you literally refresh the page over and over to see if there's new page visit, then you go through all sorts of social media to spread the link of your new post as if the entire world would actually click through and see it. There are over 3 billions Internet user around the world, yet only a few come across your blog during their voyage in the ocean of information.Tuesday, May 10, 2016

Who Reads My Blog, Does My Voice Get Heard, Ever?
With so many news articles, posts, tweets generated every second around the world, what is the position of my words, my blog?
An article written by me, an ordinary person somewhere in the world, can reach a few friends maybe, a handful of strangers if lucky, it's simply impossible for the world to hear my voice, isn't it? 7 out of 7 billion people will ever read this post probably.
Let's Talk About Meditation - My OSHO Meditation Experience And My Thoughts On Meditation
"Do not think of anything, empty your mind and just rest" said my uncle to me. We sat shoulder to shoulder with hands placing on our knees, our eyes closed.
After a while I responded: "But I can't, there's always something in my mind, if I clear this away, that will pop up, it's no use to try it..."
That was my uncle trying to teach me to meditate when I was a kid. Obviously it failed because I could not not think of anything, it's frustrating to make even the attempt because you may end up sitting there 15 minutes just thinking about what snacks you want to eat while trying not to have any thoughts or ideas in mind.

Skyrim Legendary Skill Fast Level Up --- Blocking, Sneaking
I don't understand why quick level up tutorials on YouTube always suggest people to make the skills they use legendary. To me it's the opposite that makes more sense, I have 100 skills of one-handed and heavy armor and I would never legendary them for leveling up reason, it brings far more frustration than benefits of a few levels gained by these two essential skills, considering how difficult it is to level up these two skills in later stage, plus the loss of many valuable perks such as heavy armor doesn't weigh you down etc.Instead I like to legendary the skills that I usually don't use, blocking, illusion etc.
Why Do We Want Our Voices Heard?
Writing a blog is the modern way of giving a voice to your thoughts in the world, so you don't have to go around the world with a speaker in hand and shout to people.
Speaking out helps you find consensus with people on something that you care. You want to be heard because you care about something, that's the original source of the motive, once you care about something, you want to make sure that there are people who care about the same thing, or maybe you want to call people's attention to the things you care about, even attempt to change people's opinion.

My boss refuses to pay the salary she owes me, but it’s probably on me
My former boss and I had a disagreement on business strategy, plus a lot of personal matters were bothering me at the time so I had to choose to quit.
It wasn’t a formal job at a big company, it was an undercover full time job with a part time job contract, on top of that, the job contract ended due to the restructuring of the company. So I had no proof whatsoever to demand my last month’s salary.
That’s not what I wanted to talk about though. So this company was a very tiny start up hotel business, at the point my boss was fully ambitious to get her hands dirty in two new business fields that neither she nor I had any experience in: food delivery and manufacturing + online retail. To start these two new businesses she needed large amount of capital to purchase raw material and build a legit website, but at the time the company was running short of cash, actually it basically ran out of cash at all. But she still decided to go that way, I couldn’t stand the suicidal idea and I quit, she was furious at the time of course.
Anyway, we had very good relationship during my time spent working for her, she was very much a perfectionist and narcissist, people worked with her usually quit or get fired after one or two months, even a few weeks, but I stuck around all the time, watching my colleagues come and go, I can tell that she had extraordinary trust and confidence in me, and I also put huge faith in her until her crazy new ideas emerged. So upon leaving I told her it is okay not to pay my last month’s salary, she can hold on to it till she got enough cash flow, because I knew she wasn’t able to pay immediately. Also I felt guilty about leaving her, probably as many people did during career transition period, so I didn’t ask for salary before I left. Later it proved that it was a huge mistake.
So at first I was okay with it, I didn’t care that much, but later on when I was running out of cash myself, and couldn’t find a job right away, I felt I could really use that money!
Alexa, let's talk about that
The simple and minimalist desire allows it to be able to stand by 24/7, anytime you need just call Alaxa, that's one reason I would get one myself, because although smartphones and tablets can do the same things as taking voice orders, you have to press some buttons and keep the battery running, now Echo can liberate our hands from these troubles, that's the main selling point of this product.
A digital butler might be integrated in the wall or house so you don't see the physical object, now Echo is our first step towards that stage. I believe in no time we'll be able to have some fun conversation with a bot just like in the movie, to learn knowledge, to share ideas, well, endless possibilities.

An Update On My Recent Days - Struggle, Life Is endless Struggle, In Struggle We Grow
Yes, I've been there with the wolf of wall street.
Just kidding.
What I did these days:
Went to quite a few parties and had a lot of fun with friends, in fact a lot of my friends have birthday from April to May.
I definitely wasn't only up for party, I spent a lot of energy on improving my CV, I went to university career consultant had my CV checked, then I delivered it to many companies, none gave me any response, obviously the biggest hurdle in my job pursuit is my bad Italian.
So I decided, in the end, to seriously study Italian, turn this language into my work language. 4 years ago I bought my Italian textbook "Progetto Italiano 1", for entire 4 years I studied only 4 units out of 11. Every time when I faced grammar rules I pulled myself out, I was frightened by the complicated and strange rules of the sentence structure, the verb conjugation, the gender etc. But after 4 months working experience in hotel with Italians, it feels as if there's a light suddenly appeared and finally I know where and how am I going to make through the tunnel. Everything became much easier after 4 months' 8 hours-a-day's listening and speaking, although initially it was tough, but the good thing was that I was in the environment where I MUST understand what people around me say, taking orders, passing information, basic Italian was very necessary, I picked up many phrases that came really in handy. Not surprisingly these little phrases I picked up during my job made the grammar rules all at once just so clear and obvious, finally my struggle is reduced.
